Description

This barn, located 15 metres south of Hillcroft, dates from the 18th century. It features a timber frame with four bays and aisles on three sides, supported by a Queen post truss. The walls are constructed of brickwork, which includes ventilation slots and later buttresses. The roof is thatched, with a combination of hipped and half-hipped sections, and there is a hipped roof over the waggon entrance, which is supported by struts and has tiled valleys.
