Description
Victoria Cottages, located on South Street in Falmer, is a building that has the date 1897 inscribed on it, but it is likely an 18th-century structure that was refurbished in that year. The building is one storey high with an attic and features four windows and four gabled dormers. It is faced with flints set in galletting, complemented by red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style.
