Court Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic. It features five windows and three hipped dormers. The exterior is faced with knapped flints and includes a painted brick stringcourse, a modillion eaves cornice, long and short quoins, and window surrounds. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The windows have segmental heads and retain their glazing bars. There is a 19th-century gabled porch, while the sides and back of the building are faced with cement.
