Description
The Summer House or Dairy at Firle Place, located to the south-west of the main house, is a small building from the late 18th century. It has the external appearance of a summer house but is partly lined with tiles, indicating it may have served as an ornamental dairy. The structure is a single storey with two windows and is faced with flints, featuring red brick window dressings and quoins. It has a hipped thatched roof, and both the east and west fronts have a slight curve in the center. The building includes pointed windows and a doorway, along with two square-headed recesses.
