Description

Place Farmhouse, originally called Home Farm, dates from the 18th century and is a two-storey building with four windows. The south wall is tile-hung, while the south end of the east front is stuccoed, and the remainder is refaced with red brick. It features a hipped tiled roof and retains its glazing bars. The entrance includes a round-headed doorway with a reeded architrave surround, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel door. There is a recessed 19th-century addition with two window bays to the north.
