Description

Chequers is a building from the 17th century or earlier, located on Milland Lane. The east wall features exposed timbering with red brick infilling, while the rest of the building has been refaced with stone on the ground floor and tile-hung above. There is a modern gable projection in the center of the south front. The building has a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and contains two storeys with two casement windows.
