Description

The School House, formerly Glynde Primary School, dates from around 1850 and has been converted into a dwelling. It consists of two parallel ranges and is one storey high with an attic in the gable end. The building features three windows and is faced with flints set in galletting, complemented by white brick window surrounds and quoins. It has a slate roof and casement windows, with a gable at the north end adorned with scalloped bargeboards. There is also a gabled porch. At the south end, there was the former Schoolmaster's house, which includes an attic window in the gable end.
