Nos. 77 and 78 Langford Cottages, located in Mid Lavant on Petersfield Road, are a pair of cottages from the mid-19th century, known locally as the Dukery style. The building features a half H-plan layout and stands two storeys tall with four windows. The exterior is constructed from coursed flints, accented with red brick dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows. The roof is tiled, and the cottages have casement windows, with the outer window bays projecting and topped with gables.
