Description

Dysart and the adjoining building is a cottage and shop that dates back to the 17th century or earlier. It is a single building with one storey and an attic, featuring four windows and two gabled dormers. The lower part of the structure is stuccoed, while the upper portion is tile-hung with a bellcast between. The roof is half-hipped and tiled. The windows are casement style, and there are two small former shop windows with glazing bars on the ground floor at the east end. There is also a modern ground floor addition that comprises shop premises, which was formerly occupied with the main building.
