Description

The Parish Church of St Mary is a Grade I listed building located in Clapham. It features a chancel, a nave with aisles, and a tower with a hipped tiled roof situated at the west end of the north aisle. The church is constructed from flints, with the nave displaying transitional Norman architecture, while the remainder of the structure dates from the 13th century. Inside, there is a notable 19th-century sculptured circular pulpit. Overall, it is a simple medieval church that has undergone some restoration.
