Description

Pear Tree Cottage is probably a timber-framed building that was refaced in the 18th century. The exterior is flint with red brick dressings and quoins. It has a steeply-pitched tiled roof, hipped at the south end. The windows are casement windows, and the cottage has two storeys and two windows.
