The house is an 18th-century farmhouse. It has walls constructed of English and Flemish bond brickwork, with the front and upper part of the west end tile-hung. The roof is tiled, with an outshot to part of the rear and east end, and features brick dentil eaves. The south-east front elevation has two storeys and four windows, with casement windows. An early 19th-century doorcase features a moulded canopy on carved brackets, a reeded architrave, and a panelled soffit. A brick porch is located on the west elevation.
