Description

Chapel House is a cottage that likely dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a clay tile roof featuring coped verges and brick integral end stacks. The building has a two-cell plan and is one storey high with a gable-lit attic. On the front, there is a four-light plain mullioned and transomed stair window to the left, a two-light flat-faced mullioned window to the right, and a central half-glazed door. To the right, there is a single-storey lean-to extension, and to the left, there is a lean-to garage extension. Inside, the cottage features exposed ceiling beams.
