Description

Snitterton Manor Farmhouse is likely from the 16th century and incorporates a fragment of the original manor house within a later farmhouse structure. It is built of coursed stone rubble and has two storeys. The facade features one four-light mullioned window with a square hood-mould and one five-light window below it. There is a modern doorcase set in a square-headed reveal and a plain gable. The right-hand wing appears to be later or significantly altered, with two sash windows in plain surrounds. The roof is primarily covered with old stone tiles, with some areas featuring slates.
