Description

Border House is an early 19th-century house constructed of ashlar stone, topped with a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features three bays. Access is gained by climbing eight steps to reach an almost central six-panel door. The house has 16-pane sash windows, each with projecting sills, and there is a fire insurance plate located above the door. The gabled roof is adorned with corniced end stacks, kneelers, and flat coping. Surrounding the property are low garden walls with arched coping and arched gate piers.
