Description

Dally Castle is a ruined castle dating from the 13th and 14th centuries. It is constructed of squared stone and has a rectangular shape measuring approximately 50 by 30 feet, featuring projecting towers at three corners. The walls stand between two feet and about five feet above ground, with more stonework below the surface. The castle has a finely-cut chamfered plinth, and several arrow slits remain, which are intricately detailed with rounded jambs and steeply-sloping sills and lintels.
