Description
Ivy Cottage is a house, likely built in the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone and features a pantiled roof with stone copings and stone stacks that have cornice bands. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are wide and slightly irregular in proportion. There are some openings with chamfered edges. One of the windows is a sash window with glazing bars, while the others are 20th-century casements. The entrance is marked by a boarded door.
