Description

This is a cottage located in Bisterne, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a thatched roof. The building is 1½ stories tall and has two bays. The central entrance consists of a 4-panel door, with a 3-light cast-iron casement window on either side. Each window opening is topped with a large rendered arch that has raised keys. Above each bay, there are 2-light casement windows. The roof has a half-hipped design at the right-hand end, and there is a stack on the left-hand end that is fitted with Gothic Fareham pots.
