Description
East Saltgrass is a late 18th century to early 19th century house that has been divided into three separate units. The building features a rendered facade and a double span tiled roof with several chimney stacks. The main central section is three storeys high and has three windows, while there are lower flanking wings that are two storeys tall. The western wing has five windows, and the eastern wing has two windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars and cambered head linings, except for one window. Each side has hipped gables above three-light sash windows. There is a glazed porch at the center of the ground floor. The three parts of Saltgrass are recognized as a group.
