Description
The barn, likely dating from the 17th century, stands to the east of High Brownrigg. Constructed of mixed limestone rubble walls with buttresses, it is roofed with sandstone slate. The barn is a single-story, three-bay structure. A doorway has a chamfered surround, and a projecting cart entrance is visible to the rear. Slit vents are positioned on two levels. The interior features three pairs of upper crucks.
