Description

This is an 18th-century chest tomb located in the churchyard, 10 metres north of the porch of the Church of St Martin. It is made of sandstone and features a ledger top, a deeply moulded cornice, and moulded surrounds to its panels. At the time of the survey in October 1983, much of the tomb was obscured by a yew tree, which it now forms a part of.
