Description

This chest tomb, located approximately 10 metres south of the south porch of the Church of St. Petrocks in Parracombe, dates from the late 18th century. It features an ashlar plinth and a slate slab that displays a figure of an angel blowing a trumpet at the head, along with decorative borders. The tomb is inscribed to Eleanor Roach, who died in 1782, as well as other members of the family.
