MANATON SX 78 SW Barn attached to north-west face of Easdon Cottage (but belonging to Easdon farmhouse)

GV II

Barn. Probably C18. Granite rubble walls with larger quoins. Corrugated iron roof with gable ends. Rectangular plan with probably shippon on ground floor and loft above 2 storeys. Irregular facade with 2 doorways to left of centre on ground floor with window in between. Window to right of centre and loading door on first floor at centre. Timber lintels to openings. Interior: Substantial cross beams on ground floor roughly chamfered. Original pegged roof. Forms a group with Easdon Farmhouse (q.v.).
