Description
County Bridge Stone is an early 19th-century granite upright located on the northeast side of the road from Cockingford Bridge to Ponsworthy, approximately 80 meters northwest of the bridge. The stone stands about 40 centimeters high and features a rounded top. A letter "C" is carved on its face, indicating the extent of the roadway that the County was required to maintain adjacent to the bridge.
