Description

This is a former stable arch located approximately 10 metres to the south-west of The Coach House, built in 1870, likely by the architect G E Street. The arch is constructed from limestone with Bathstone dressings and features a double 4-centred arch. Above the arch, there is a gable that rises to a small turret, which includes a corbelled stringcourse. The arch displays a shield bearing the arms of the Inns of Court. Originally, there was a clock at the top of the arch, but it has since been converted into a dovecote.
