Description

Bow Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of roughcast stone or cob and features a thatched roof that is hipped on the left side. There is a granite ashlar stack located in the right gable. The building has two storeys and includes a single-storey lean-to on the left. The doorway on the left has an old plank door set within a plain oak door frame. To the right of the doorway, there is a 6-pane wood casement, and on the second storey, there is a small 2-light wood casement.
