Description

The tomb chest, located south of the south transepts of St Petrock's Church, dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed from granite blocks and features a large granite lid that has a coved cornice. The top of the lid is recessed, likely intended to hold brass plaques, which are now missing.
