Description
The building is a barn and shippon located immediately west of Owley Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The structure has two storeys and includes three shippon doors on the ground floor. There are external stone stairs leading to a loft door, and the building is built into the hillside at the back. Additionally, there is a lower two-storey wing at right angles, forming an L-shaped plan, which has ventilation slits on the left. This building is included for its group value.
