Description
Sunnyside and Reynolds Barn is a house with former outbuildings, dating from around the mid-19th century. The building features smooth rendered walls and rusticated pilaster strips, topped by a gable-ended slate roof with decorative barge boards. There are two gable end plastered brick stacks.
The layout consists of a symmetrical two-room double depth plan with a central stair hall. The exterior is two storeys high, presenting a symmetrical three-window front with late 20th-century uPVC replacement windows. The ground floor windows are canted bays beneath a continuous zinc roof verandah. The central entrance is a 19th-century six-panel door, which is part glazed. At the rear of the house, there are L-shaped former outbuildings that are also two storeys tall, featuring external stone steps.
