Description
This is a pigsty located about 8 metres north-west of Chittleford Farmhouse, likely built in the early 19th century. It incorporates a 16th-century gable wall from a former shippon that was attached to the farmhouse. The structure is made of granite rubble and features a lean-to roof covered with corrugated iron. The pigsty consists of two compartments, each with its own door, separated by a low stone wall. It is a single-storey building, and the gable wall of the former shippon has a single ventilation slit.
