Description

The head and footstone, dated 1781, is located approximately 7 metres east-south-east of the Church of St. Mary. It commemorates Oliver Attwell and is made of slate. The headstone features curved heads with a carved winged angel's head on either side. The footstone includes an hourglass and skulls carved at the top, along with a laudatory epitaph below.
