Description

This is a small, late 18th or early 19th century house situated at the end of a row, and attached to number 32. It likely served as a workers' cottage. The building is constructed of English garden wall bond brickwork, with a rendered return, and has a tile roof topped by a brick stack. It is two storeys and an attic in height, with space for only one window on the front elevation. A large 20th-century two-light, gabled dormer sits above a single-light and a four-light 20th-century casement window, both with small panes and segmental heads. A plank door is set within a wide frame and segmental voussoir head to the left. Architectural details include a brick string course, dentil eaves, a small brick stack on the right, and a hipped left end. The interior remains uninspected. The building is included on the list primarily for its group value in relation to nearby properties.
