Description

Number 11 Rowcroft is an 18th-century building constructed of ashlar stone with a hipped slate roof. It has two storeys, featuring a moulded eaves cornice and a parapet. The façade includes five ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, although one window is blocked. There is a one-storey extension from the early 19th century on the north side, which is adorned with Tuscan pilasters supporting a full entablature and blocking-course. This extension has two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and a door topped by an oblong fanlight. Numbers 1 to 11 Rowcroft form a group with the raised pavement and railings.
