Description

The raised pavement and railings, located along Rowcroft from number 10 to just south of the railway viaduct, date from the 18th century or early 19th century. The pavement features 39 cast iron posts and railings, which include tapering columns with coved capitals and ball finials. Numbers 1 to 11 in consecutive order form a group with the raised pavement and railings.
