Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a 2-storey building located on Summer Street, constructed with coursed rubble and featuring a pitched slate roof with brick chimneys. The cottage has three ranges of casement windows with glazing bars, with the ground floor windows having segment-headed tops. There are two doors on the property. To the west, there is a 2-storey extension made of hammer-dressed rubble, also with a pitched and sprocketed slate roof, which includes one range of segment-headed casements with glazing bars.
