Description

This is a pedestal tomb located in the churchyard, dating from the late 18th century. It is made of limestone and has a rectangular shape with beaded recessed panels on the moulded ends. The sides feature projecting moulded round-topped inscription panels. The top of the tomb is cyma moulded, while the base has a cavetto moulding. Unfortunately, the inscriptions on the tomb are illegible. The monument is situated approximately 1 metre south of the monument to John Howsen, to the southwest of the Church of St. Lawrence.
