Description

This group of three monuments is located in the churchyard approximately 2 meters south-west of the porch to the Church of St Andrew in Miserden village. The monuments date from the late 17th century to the mid-18th century and are made of limestone, featuring a brass plate. The group consists of two headstones: one larger headstone with two panels and a smaller headstone with an oval panel, both adorned with carved angels and a symbol of death. The larger headstone has a dated inscription from 1692. Additionally, there is a ledger slab inscribed to Henry Clemons, who died in 1762.
