Description

The Stepps is an early 18th century, one and a half storey traditional cross-gabled Cotswold cottage. It is constructed of rubble in uneven courses and features a stone tile roof with saddlestones. The cottage has wooden lintels and a gable on the right side that includes a blocked door, which still retains its approach steps. There is one range of windows in the gable, along with a blind window in the roof space. Additionally, there is a small window in the two and a half storey extension to the left. The building has been modernised over time.
