Nos 9 to 11 Whitehall are 17th century buildings constructed of painted rubble with a Cotswold stone roof. They stand three storeys tall and feature various two-light mullion windows with drip moulds, as well as casement windows. Nos 9 to 13 Whitehall form a group.
