Description

This is a late 17th-century cottage, which has been altered and modernised over time. It is constructed of coursed and random squared rubble, with a heavy thatched roof. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, and has three windows on the front, with an additional window on a lower wing to the right. The windows are stone mullioned casements, with two, three, or four lights each, and drip moulds above. A modern door has been installed, designed to resemble a historical style. The thatch is shaped like an eyebrow over the upper windows. Ashlar chimney stacks are positioned at the ends of the building.
