Description

Rose Cottages (Nos. 1 and 2) are likely 18th century in origin. They are constructed of coursed rubble with a thatched roof. The cottages are one storey and attic in height, featuring two windows across the front. The windows have C19 wooden casements on the ground floor and modern metal-framed windows above. There are modern doors, each with a flat hood. The thatched roofs are shaped to arch over the upper windows. Three ashlar ridge stacks are present. The cottages are included on the list for their group value.
