Description
The cross and cross shaft base, dating from the 14th century, is located in the churchyard of the Church of All Saints, approximately 9 meters south of the south porch. It is made of limestone and features a flat-chamfered plinth and three stone steps, with a flat-chamfered margin on the lowest step. The square base of the cross shaft has a hollow-moulded chamfer on each side. The cross shaft itself is square at the bottom, transitioning to an octagonal shape with diamond-shaped stops at the junction of the square and octagonal sections. It includes a moulded knop beneath a Celtic cross, which may date from the 12th century.
