Description
Woodward Brothers is a building that was originally constructed in the 17th century and later remodeled in the late 19th century. It is two storeys high and built from rubble with a concrete tile roof. On the right side, there is an 18th-century ashlar chimney. The first floor features three windows with raised surrounds, which contain 20th-century casements. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a plain late 19th-century sash window and an early 20th-century half-glued door. The rest of the ground floor has a central door flanked by three-light shop windows, which are adorned with panelled pilasters and modillion cornices on the fascia. Additionally, there are traces of a 17th-century window surround above the door lintel.
