Description

The Flower Girl is a mid-19th century building located on the west side of Church Street. It consists of two parts. The left section, which extends from the post office, is two and a half storeys high and constructed of rubble with grey concrete tiles. It features a gabled dormer and plate glass sash windows set in moulded surrounds, along with a half-glazed door. The ground floor has a contemporary shop window with reeded pilasters. The right section is likely older and also two and a half storeys tall, built from rubble with a slate roof. It includes a gabled dormer and a segment-headed casement window on the first floor, as well as a shop window that matches the left part on the ground floor. The building is included for its group value.
