Description

Burghfields Farmhouse is a late 18th-century building that was altered in 1931 in the "Queen Anne" style. It has two storeys and an attic, constructed of rubble with a hipped Cotswold stone roof. The farmhouse features a modillion eaves cornice and three dormers, with the outer ones being gabled and the center one having a segment-headed design. The windows are glazing bar sashes, and there is a central Venetian motif in the glazed porch. To the right, there is a shallow two-storey bay. At the rear, there is a large late 19th-century extension. Inside, there is a large hall that includes a modillion cornice.
