Description

The Bell Inn dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is a three-storey building constructed of ashlar, with horizontal bands marking each floor. The roof is slate, with a coped verge on the right side. The front façade features three windows, with glazing bar sashes. The sashes on the second floor are shorter than those below. Moulded boxes sit within the window reveals. The central doorway is plain. A two-storey extension to the rear consists of two parts. The eastern section is from the 17th century and retains a range of two-light mullion windows. The western section is from the mid-19th century and has a pattern of one, two, and two windows.
