Description

The entrance gatepiers and flanking walls to the Manor House date from the early 20th century. They consist of massive ashlar gatepiers that have moulded capping and gadrooned finials set on acanthus bases. The west wall measures 3 and 6 yards long and is constructed from cut and squared rubble, while the east wall is approximately 8 yards long, made of rubble with coping and includes a Tudor arch gateway. This structure is a notable feature opposite Manor Farmhouse.
