Description

This milestone, located on the east side of the A46 in Didmarton, is likely from the mid to late 18th century. It is a single large rounded stone, approximately 0.8 meters high, and features an attached moulded rectangular iron plate. The plate has embossed lettering that reads "BATH / 21 / GLOSTER / 18".
