Description
This is a house located at 76 Dyer Street in Cirencester, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone, which was likely intended to be rendered, and features a Welsh slate roof. The house has a large stack on the right end that has been rebuilt using concrete blockwork. It stands three storeys tall with a cellar and has a two-window range.
On the first floor, there are two 8/8-pane sash windows with plain reveals and projecting stone cills. Above, there are two similar 4/8-pane sash windows. The ground floor features one 8/8-pane sash window in the center, with a door to the left that has six flush panels and a simple five-pane overlight in a plain reveal. There is also a grating for the cellar opening located below the ground floor window. The interior has not been inspected.
