It commemorates Daniel Stockwell, who died in 1710, as well as Francis, the daughter of Robert and Francis Coney, who died in 1772, and Prudence Stockwell, who died in 1777. The monument is made of limestone and features a moulded plinth with inset corners. On the south side, there is a sunken inscription panel dedicated to Prudence Stockwell, flanked by fielded marginal panels. Fielded inscription panels are also present at the east and west ends. The monument is topped with a capping that has a moulded margin and a stepped, moulded pyramidal upper capping.
